Create a mask using Blender's motion tracking feature by tracking a specific point on the face and then adjusting it frame by frame. Once the mask is accurately placed, link it to a tracker for automated movement. Add keyframes to ensure the mask follows the face throughout the video.

Next, switch to the VFX workspace and open the Face Blur Comp scene. Navigate to the Compositing tab and set up the nodes to include your video clip, mask, and a blur node. Adjust the blur intensity to achieve the desired effect. By combining the video clip with the blurred mask using the alpha over blending mode, you successfully blur the face.
